Squash Club Sandweiler is pleased to announce the hosting of the 2004 Squash
Club Sandweiler Open at Top Squash.
The event will take place on the 19th November from 18.00 and on the 20th
November from 12.00.
The tournament is open to all players. Licensed players will receive ranking
points from this event.

Tips to improve your game

Since the start of the season hasn’t been to successful when you look at the results, I decided to have a look around on the internet. I stumbled on Cyrus’ page by coincidence, and I found that the advice given made sense to me Smile so it is very likely that it will have the same impact on you Wink When I look at where people visiting this page come from, I notice a steep incline in visitors from Ettelbruck and to some extent from Arlon.

This means, fellow Angels, that you should be aware next time you play any of these opponents… And what do I know … maybe even some of the other clubs visit our page… They might study Cyrus’ page as well…

First game of the season

Well, the president start of the season wasn’t too successful, but some of our other players seem to be prepared for the new season. Danny had a good win against Nightingale and thus gained quite a few point for his ranking. Unfortunately we kicked of the season with two of our teams playing with only three players.
Some pictures were taken. Probably will be the last of Eric G. on court as he wasn’t too happy about having a disturbing flash going off while playing a game ball… The final results will be posted shortly.

Mr Panton will be leaving us soon… Not much to do about it, but he does invite his opponents and fellow players to join him for a drink at Top Squash on the 12 November 2004 in the evening. Make sure to be there. This is the best photo I was able to find of him Smile but I expect us to be able to catch a few until his departure.

Friendly match against Ettelbruck

Some of the angels went to Ettelbruck tonigt in order to test their current condition and I’m pleased to announce that we managed a 9-6 win! As usual, all matches were played in the right spirit and we are looking forward to receive Ettelbruck for a rematch probably in January.
