Pictures are online now. Don’t forget to click on the word “Detail” at the bottom of the page in order to display all the details 🙂
I have put together a video of the footage taken… Pictures will be available shortly. It was some serious high altitude training that paid off in the championship!
With the TopSquash coach Nathan, we have arranged that the members of the Angels Squash Club can have some free lessons….yes, free!
All you need to do is book a session with Nathan, tell him it is for the Angels SC and he will bill the club at the end of the month. However, the number of lessons/member/month is NOT unlimited. Initially we would restrict the number to 3 lessons/member/month (which is pretty good really!).
Please take this opportunity to get some training with Nathan…in 40 minutes he can do a lot for your technique and your fitness!
A reminder to book your lessons with Nathan at Top Squash. Please remember he is away most of the month of December. The good news is he will be available after the holidays and more than willing to help you do something about your squash and fitness.
About 8 of us had a good training session last night. Since there is no game this week, it was decided to meet again on Wednesday (tomorrow), so please pop in. It should start around 6.40pm.
With the first matches over I believe there is clearly room for additional training. Courts have been booked at Top squash from 6:40 on Monday 20th Oct so look forward to seeing you then.
Please remember Nathan has a busy schedule between now and late November so book your lessons with him as soon as possible. He is away for most of December as well!
Courts have been booked from 6:40 on Monday night. This is the last Monday before our first league matches so please come along and take advantage of the training. Keith & Richard will send out details of the teams for Wednesday 15th Oct fairly soon. If you have not already provided your availability details please send these to Keith or Richard.
The training sessions will continue on Monday nights until the corporate league fills up the courts later in the year.
